When will my tracking update?

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on working days. Your tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel is collected, but the first scan can take up to 48 hours to appear — that gap is normal and does not mean anything has gone wrong.

Delivery times

• UK: 2–4 working days from dispatch.
• Europe: 5–10 working days from dispatch.
• Rest of world: 7–14 working days from dispatch.

[Confirm these windows against your actual carrier before publishing. Stating a delivery time you cannot meet is a breach of the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.]
